M3 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 3)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS

Notice is hereby given that National Highways Limited has made an Order on the M3 Motorway in the County of Surrey, under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 because works are proposed to be executed on the road.

The effect of the Order is to authorise the weekend closures of the slip roads at Junction 3 (A322).

These measures are in the interests of road safety while contractors undertake bridge works and all associated works.

It is expected that the work will last for approximately 2 weekends starting on or after Friday 21st February 2025. The weekend closures will take place between 21:00 on Fridays and 06:00 on Mondays (maximum period). Please consult National Highways website for further details.

The Order will come into force on 19th February 2025 and have a maximum duration of eighteen months, ceasing when the works are complete.

Traffic affected by the closures will be diverted using the A322, A331, A30, B311, and the B3015. The diversion in operation would vary according to the closure in force.

The temporary closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs when they are in operation during the works period.
