(BIRMINGHAM, A4540 TO CITY BOUNDARY) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019)
(BOLTON ROAD, BORDESLEY GREEN) (VARIATION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of BOLTON ROAD, BYRON ROAD, WAVERLEY ROAD, TENNYSON ROAD.
2. To remove the One-Way Traffic Restriction on a length of BOLTON ROAD, between its junctions with Jenkins Street and Vann Close.
The Orders will come into operation on 7th February 2025.

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders may within 6 weeks from the 6th February 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
