What is happening?

OFF STREET PARKING PLACES
COMPOSITE ORDER 2014 AMENDMENT NO 24 ORDER 2025

(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES – Ref: TRO_019_26):- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council propose to make the above-named Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce new off-street car parking restrictions in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea in the County of Northumberland by amending the Northumberland County Council Off Street Parking Places Composite Order 2014 (the Principal Order).
The following restriction is added to the Principal Order:
