Main Road - Temporary Road Closure

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MAIN ROAD, PENTRICH

WHEN: 25 February to 27 February 2025
WHERE: Main Road, Pentrich between its Jct. with Asher Lane and its Jct. with Old Lane.
REASON: To facilitate repairs to Severn Trent Water apparatus.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Main Rd, Pentrich Rd, Unnamed Roundabout on B6016 at Jct. with High St, The Green, Derby Rd, Butterley Hill, Butterley Row, Chapel St, Nottingham Rd, Grosvenor Rd, High St, Cromford Rd, Hartshay Hill, Unnamed Road comprising section of A610 from A38 to Nottingham Rd Ripley, Unnamed A38 on slip Southbound from A610 Roundabout to A38, Ripley Rd, Chesterfield Rd, Wood Ln and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
