Parish of Yeovil Temporary Closure of Preston Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Preston Road - from the junction with The Park to the junction with Ilchester Roundabout.
A total distance of 148 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace a frame and Cover.
The Order becomes effective on 6th February 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The works are expected to commence on 11th February 2025 and last until 12th February 2025 between the hours of 19:00 - 02:00 for a total of 1 night.
