HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o'r Ffordd Dosbarth III o Trap i Ffair-fach, gan ddechrau o Bont Trap am bellter o 130 metr i gyfeiriad y gorllewin.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r gorllewin fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd y Ffordd Dosbarth III yn ei chyfanrwydd o Trap i Flaengweche hyd at y gyffordd â'r Ffordd Dosbarth III sy'n arwain i Dderwydd. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd-orllewin, gan fynd i mewn i bentref Derwydd, hyd at y gyffordd â'r A483 Ffair-fach. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau ar hyd yr A483 Ffair-fach am bellter o oddeutu 4.6km, gan fynd i mewn i bentref Ffair-fach hyd at y goleuadau wrth y groesffordd. Wrth y groesffordd troi i'r dde i Heol Bethlehem a pharhau am bellter o oddeutu 270 metr hyd at y gyffordd â'r Ffordd Dosbarth III sy'n arwain i Trap. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de-ddwyrain ar hyd y Ffordd Dosbarth III sy'n arwain i Trap am bellter o oddeutu 3.7km i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r dwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau.
I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r dwyrain.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd Dwr Cymru wedi cwblhau gwaith i osod pibell prif gyflenwad dwr newydd.
Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Mercher 5 Chwefror 2025, am gyfnod o 24 diwrnod.
Lle bo hyn yn briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(Class III Road leading from Trapp to Ffairfach) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the Class III Road from Trapp to Ffairfach, commencing from Trapp Bridge for a distance of 130 metres in a westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for west bound traffic will be to proceed along the entirety of the Class III Road leading from Trapp to Blaengweche in a south-westerly direction to the junction with the Class III Road leading to Derwydd. At the junction, turn right and continue in a general north-westerly direction, entering the village of Derwydd, to the junction with the A483 Ffairfach. Turn right at the junction and continue along the A483 Ffairfach for a distance of approximately 4.6km, entering the village of Ffairfach to the lights on the crossroads. Turn right at the crossroads onto Bethlehem Road and continue for a distance of approximately 270 metres to the junction with the Class III Road leading to Trapp. Turn right at the junction and continue along the Class III Road leading to Trapp for a distance of approximately 3.7km in a general south-easterly direction to return to a point east of the closure.
Vice Versa for east bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force until Welsh Water complete works to install a new mains water pipe.
It is intended that the works will commence on Wednesday the 5th of February 2025, for a period of 24 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
