Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction West Of Ponderosa Farm To Trewan Farm, St Columb) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb.

This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new water connection and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 14th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Roads affected - Road From Junction West Of Ponderosa Farm To Trewan Farm, St Columb between properties Wingletang and The Holloa.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Barton Lane To Fraddon Hill, Fraddon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fraddon. This prohibition is necessary for gas investigation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 7th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Barton Lane To Fraddon Hill, Fraddon from junction with Fraddon Hill to No 5 Melrose Terrace.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Carnanton Road To Tregaswith, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. 

This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th March 2025 to 6th March 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Carnanton Road To Tregaswith, Newquay between grid references SW 89490:63294 and SW 89526:63076.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 7th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Criftoe Road To Hill Head, St Columb from junction with Access To Dennis Farm to grid reference SW 94404:63297.

The County of Cornwall (Scarletts Well Road, Berrycoombe Hill, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd February 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. 

This prohibition is necessary for post and rail fencing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 21st February 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Scarletts Well Road from the car park entrance to Berrycoombe Hill, Berrycoombe Hill, Bodmin from Scarletts Well Road to No 32. An alternative route will be signed on site.

The County of Cornwall (St Marys Road, Par) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd February 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par. 

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 21st February 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekends included. 

Road affected - St Marys Road, Par for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site.

The County of Cornwall (St Tudy Road, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for works to resurface road as part of Section 278 agreement and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 11th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - St Tudy Road, Bodmin from junction with Station Road to property known as Penwarden.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb.

This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th March 2025 to 31st March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Access To Talskiddy Farm, Road From Junction East Of The Old Farmhouse To Junction North West Of The Bungalow, St Columb from outside property known as Scheffan to grid reference SW 91384:65175.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penpoll. 

This prohibition is necessary for ditching and draining works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 5th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From The Cottage To Junction North Of Lower Penpoll, Penpoll for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Crantock.

This prohibition is necessary for kerbing and footway works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 14th March 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Roads affected - West Pentire Road between the junctions of Trevowah Road and Halwyn Road and Halwyn Road between the junctions of West Pentire Road and Halwyn Avenue, Crantock.
