Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2141 Owlhill Lane, Lineholt) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2141 Owlhill Lane from its junction with C2152 Lineholt Lane to its junction with U40207 Comhampton Lane.

Reason: Safe working only by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2141 Owlhill Lane (part), C2142 Bishops Wood Road, C2142 Bishops Wood Lane, A4025 Stourport Road, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, C2141 Owlhill Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 3 March 2025.

(C2002 Church Avenue, Holly Cross) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2002 Church Avenue from its junction with C2003 Bromsgrove Road for a distance of 410 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Street Lighting by Prysmian Cables and Systems. No access for emergency services diversion route must be taken.

Alternative route: C2003 Bromsgrove Road, C2163 Woodman Lane, C2163 Odnall Lane, C2002 Church Avenue (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 4 March 2025.

(U20215 Madeley Road, Stoneybridge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20215 Madeley Road from its junction with U20231 Stoneybridge to its junction with U20210 Chapel Lane.

Reason: Hydrant replacement by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U20215 Madeley Road (part), U20210 Chapel Lane, C2037 Heath End Road, A491 Stourbridge Road, U20215 Madeley Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 3 March 2025.

(U21015 Millfield Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: to close that part of U21015 Millfield Road from its junction with U21016 Highfields to its junction with Watt Close (NSG Ref. 04702774).

Reason: Street lighting by Prysmian Cables and Systems.

No access for emergency services. Diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: U21015 Millfield Road (part), U21015 Brook Road, U21018 Shrubbery Road, U21015 Millfield Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 4 March 2025.

(C2143 New Road, Doverdale) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2143 New Road from its junction with C2146 Broad Common to its junction with C2074 Doverdale Lane.

Reason: Bridgeworks maintenance by WCC.

No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: C2146 Broad Common, A442 Kiddermister Road, C2074 Doverdale Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 3 March 2025.

(Link Footpath F20560 Church Road (side No. 4) to Stourbridge Road, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F20560 Church Road (side No.4) to Stourbridge Road from its junction with U21541 Church Road for a distance of 51 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U21541 Church Road, B4091 Stourbridge Road, Link Footpath F20560 Church Road (side No.4) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 3 March 2025.

(U20200 Yew Tree Lane, Fairfield) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U20200 Yew Tree Lane from its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road to its junction with U20009 Bournheath Road.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: B4091 Stourbridge Road, U20201 Bournheath Road, U20009 Bournheath Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10 February 2025 and 12 February 2025.

(C2147 Cooksey Green Lane, Cooksey Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2147 Cooksey Green Lane from its junction with C2084 Berry Lane for a distance of 150 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: Remedial water utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: C2084 Berry Lane, A448 Kidderminster Road, C2018 Clattercut Lane, C2147 Purshull Green Road, C2147 Cooksey Green Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 12 February 2025.

(U20216 Hockley Brook Lane, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U20216 Hockley Brook Lane from its junction with C2062 Dordale Road for a distance of 90 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: C2062 Dordale Road, U20216 Hockley Brook Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 10 February 2025.

(C2076 Tagwell Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2076 Tagwell Road from its junction with C2076 The Holloway to its junction with C2076 Tagwell Road Roundabout to U41488 Jackdaw Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: U41400 Tagwell Road, B4090 Worcester Road, A38 Droitwich Road, C2086 Pulley Lane, C2086 Newland Lane, C2076 Tagwell Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Commencing dates: Phase 1: 2 days between 4 March 2025 and 17 March 2025. Phase 2: 1 day between 8 June 2025 and 27 June 2025.

(U21354 Walton Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U21354 Walton Road from its junction with C2253 Birmingham Road for a distance of 115 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Boundary box installation by Severn Trent Water. Alternative route: C2253 Birmingham Road, U21354 Barnsley Road, U21354 Walton Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 10 February 2025.

(B4090 Droitwich Road, Hanbury) (Layby only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of the Layby on B4090 Droitwich Road for its entire length.

Reason: Landing site for chippings for surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: No diversion as layby closure only.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 231 days (24hrs). Commencing: 12 February 2025.

(A442 Kidderminster Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of A442 Kidderminster Road from its junction with U41701 Vine Street to its junction with U41705 Union Lane and U41704 Hampton Road.

Reason: Vegetation removal and height sign replaced on bridge by WCC.

No access for emergency vehicles between 09.30-15:00, the diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: U41704 Kidderminster Road, U41705 Union Lane, C2254 Ombersley Way, C2255 Salwarpe Road, U41704 Kidderminster Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 5 March 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Bridleway CE-658, Clent) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Order made: To close Bridleway CE-658, Clent for its entire length. The Order has been made to enable repairs of the surface.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: CE-657, 665, 661, 662, U20403 Walton Hill Lane, U20403 Rumbow Lane and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 10 February 2025.
