i) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:

BUCKLING - Silvergate Lane from 150m south of its junction with Whitetop Lane for 65m southwards to facilitate Norfolk County Council construction of new entrance works from 13th February to 14th March 2025 (may continue until the 14th September 2025). COLTISHALL - White Lion Road from its junction with Wroxham Road for 380m north-eastwards to facilitate BDUK duct and chamber network infrastructure cabling works from 13th to 19th February 2025 (may continue until 2nd April 2025). Alternative route is via: The Street, The Hill, Rectory Road, B1150 North Walsham Road/Station Road, High Street, B1354 High Street/ Church Street/Wroxham Road.

GIMINGHAM - Mill Street/Church Street from 275m north of its junction with Hall Road for 220m northwards to facilitate Anglian Water sewer repairs from 10th to 14th February 2025 (may continue until 28th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Church Street, Mundesley Road, Trunch Road, Knapton Road, Water Lane, Paston Road, Beach Road, Cromer Road, Gimingham Road, Slaughter Road, Mill Street, Lancaster Estate (Trunch, Trimingham, Mundesley, Gimingham).

GREAT YARMOUTH - Boundary Road from its junction with Southtown Road for 110m westwards to facilitate carriageway improvement works as part of a BSIP scheme from 12th February to 25th March 2025 (may continue until 25th September 2025). GREAT YARMOUTH - Kitchener Road from 90m east of its junction with Northgate Street for 200m eastwards to facilitate Cadent gas main upgrades from 10th to 28th February 2025 (may continue until 11th April 2025). Alternative route is via: Kitchener Road, Northgate Street, Estcourt Road, North Denes Road.

HAPPISBURGH - Lessingham Road from 60m west of its junction with Cart Gap for 50m westwards to facilitate Anglian Water meter exchange works on 12th February 2025 (may continue until 26th March 2025). WOODBASTWICK - 1) The Hill from its junction with Farm Lane for 100m southwards and 2) Woodbastwick Road from 150m northwest of its junction with Broad Road for 150m westwards and 3) Broad Road from 210m northwest of its junction with Woodbastwick Road for 50m north westwards to facilitate Norfolk County Council traffic calming works on the 11th February 2025 only whilst signs indicate closures are in place (may continue until the 25th March 2025). COLNEY - U78470 Old Watton Road from its junction with B1108 Watton Road for 540m westwards to facilitate cadent works for a new gas connection from 8th to 9th February 2025 (may continue until 23rd March 2025). DENTON - U76056 Church Hill from its junction with C366 Danacre Road for 100m southwards to facilitate BT Pole safety testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 12th February 2025 (may continue until the 26th March 2025). LITTLE MELTON - U78050 Little Melton Road from its junction with U78050 Brickmakers Lane for 50m northwards to facilitate Anglian Water meter exchange works on the 12th February 2025 (may continue until 26th March 2025). SPORLE WITH PALGRAVE - 1) Hall Road from its junction with Baily Street to its junction with Newton Road; and 2) Baily Street from its junction with Hall Road to its junction with Castle Acre Road; and 3) Newton Road from its junction with Hall Road for 30m northwards and 30m southwards to facilitate telecoms infrastructure works on the 14th February 2025 (may continue until 28th March 2025). SURLINGHAM - 1) C195 Bramerton Road from its junction with U78189 Church Lane for 135m north eastwards and 2) C195 Bramerton Road from its junction with U78189 Church Lane for 300m south westwards to facilitate installation of new fibre network from 13th February to 21st February 2025 only whilst signs indicate closures are in place (may continue until 4th April 2025). WITTON AND RIDLINGTON (NORTH WALSHAM) - Hoolehouse Road from 319m north of its junction with North Walsham Road for 106m northwards to facilitate new windfarm site entrance works and cabling works from 10th February to 8th March 2025 (may continue until 8th September 2025). KING'S LYNN - Nar Ouse Way from its junction with South Gates Roundabout for 900m southwards to facilitate BT cabling works between 19:00 and 06:00 from 10th to 15th February 2025 (may continue until 29th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Nar Ouse Way, Out South Gates, Hardwick Road, Scania Way, A47, Queen Elizabeth Way, Constitution Hill, Saddlebow Road (North Runcton Kings Lynn).

KING'S LYNN - Old Market Street from 26m west of its junction with Railway Road for 30m westwards to facilitate works for the reconstruction of existing bus stops. Traffic over the Road shall be temporarily prohibited to park, stop, load, and/or unload and the Road shall be temporarily subject to the suspension of the existing bus stop clearway from 10th February to 13th April 2025 (may continue until 13th October 2025). BELTON WITH BROWSTON - Station Road North from its junction with Dashwood Close for 60m southwards to facilitate works for new electrical connection from 3rd February to 7th February 2025 (may continue until 21st March 2025). Alternative route is via: Station Road North, St Johns Road, Waveney Drive, New Road, Bracon Road.

BLOFIELD - Hall Road from its junction with Shack Lane for 50m westwards to facilitate pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on the 4th Feb (may continue until 18th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Hall Road, School Road, Salhouse Road, Hospital Road To Salhouse Road Link, Belt Road, Woodbastwick Road (Blofield, Great and Little Plumstead).

BOOTON - Furze Lane from its junction with Norwich Road for 120m westwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network for Building Digital UK from 3rd to 5th February 2025 (may continue until 19th March 2025). BURGH CASTLE - Mill Lane from its junction with Market Road for 100m northwards to facilitate cabling works for a new connection between 09:30 and 15:30 from 5th to 6th February 2025 (may continue until 20th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Mill Road, Butt Lane, High Road.

CROMER - New Street from 51m north of its junction with Church Street to its junction with A149 Prince to facilitate coastal infrastructure works by Norfolk County Council from 1st February to 23rd May 2025 (previously 2nd November 2024 to 31st January 2025) Alternative route is via: Prince of Wales Road, Hamilton Road, Garden Street, Church Street, High Street.

GORLESTON-ON-SEA - High Street from its junction with Priory Street for 225m southwards to facilitate essential carriageway resurfacing works between 19:00 and 23:00 from 3rd to 5th February 2025 (may continue until 19th March 2025). Alternative route is via: High Street, High Road, Beccles Road, Church Road, Church Lane.

GORLESTON-ON-SEA - Riverside Road from its junction with South Icehouse Hill for 200m southwards to facilitate works to carry out a ground condition survey of Riverside Road from 3rd to 7th February 2025 (may continue until 21st March 2025). Alternative route is via: Malthouse Lane, Beccles Road, Church Road, Church Lane, Baker Street, Pier Plain, Pier Walk, Quay Road, Riverside Road.

GREAT YARMOUTH - Herring Bridge from its junction with South Denes Road for 400m eastwards to facilitate inspections of Herring Bridge from 3rd to 5th February 2025 (may continue until 19th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Southgates Road, South Quay, Hall Quay, Haven Bridge, Bridge Road, Southtown Road, William Adams Way.

HORSFORD - Church Street from its junction with B1149 Holt Road for 400m eastwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 3rd to 12th February 2025 (may continue until 26th March 2025). Alternative route is via: B1149 Holt Road/Brewery Lane, A1270 Broadland Northway, A140 Cromer Road, Church Street (Horsford, Horsham St. Faith and Newton St. Faith).

HORSTEAD WITH STANNINGHALL - Stanninghall Road from 115m southwest of its junction with Quarry Road for 115m south westwards to facilitate BT pole testing works on the 6th February 2025 (may continue until 20th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Stanninghall Road, Hall Lane, B1150 Norwich Road, Quarry Road, Stanninghall Road (Horstead with Stanninghall, Frettenham).

LINGWOOD AND BURLINGHAM - Post Office Road from its junction with Post Office Close for 50m eastwards to facilitate pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on the 4th February 2025 (may continue until 18th March 2025). LINGWOOD AND BURLINGHAM - Chapel Road from its junction with Briar Close for 50m northwards to facilitate level crossing inspection works from 22:00 on the 2nd February to 05:00 on the 3rd February 2025 (may continue until 17th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Chapel Road, Norwich Road, Station Road, Post Office Road.

OVERSTRAND - Pauls Lane from its junction with Cromer Road to its junction with Hillingdon Park to facilitate gas main upgrade works from 3rd to 19th February 2025 (may continue until 2nd April 2025). Alternative route is via: Cromer Road, High Street, Harbord Road, Pauls Lane.

REEPHAM – B1145 Dereham Road from 150m east of its junction with Kerdiston Road to its junction with Park Lane to facilitate BDUK subduct network infrastructure cabling works and desilting/blockage clearance works between 19:00 and 06:00 from 3rd to 11th February 2025 (may continue until 25th March 2025). EARSHAM - Earsham Footpath FP1 from its junction with Earsham FP9 for 100m southwards to facilitate replacement of public safety fencing works from 3rd to 14th February 2025 (may continue until 28th March 2025). Alternative route is via: N/A.

HEMPNALL - C201 Fairstead Lane from its junction with C201 The Krons for 50m eastwards to facilitate Anglian Water meter exchange works on 5th February 2025 (may continue until 19th March 2025). Alternative route is via: The Krons, B1527 Mill Road, The Street (Morningthorpe and Fritton, Hempnall).

LONG STRATTON - A140 Ipswich Road from its junction with U76019 Wood Lane to its junction with U76552 Lime Tree Avenue to facilitate Long Stratton bypass resurfacing works between 20:00 and 06:00 from 5th February to 7th March 2025, and when signs indicating the closure are in place (may continue until 7th September 2025). ROCKLAND ST. MARY WITH HELLINGTON - C375 Run Lane from its junction with C375 Rookery Hill for 800m southwards to facilitate CityFibre Metro Networks Ltd installation of new fibre networks for BDUK works from 3rd to 28th February 2025 (may continue until 28th August 2025). Alternative route is via: Run Lane, Hellington Hill, Green Lane, Hall Road, Claxton Church Road, Church Lane, Claxton Corner, Lower Road, New Inn Hill, The Street, Rookery Hill (Claxton, Rockland St. Mary, Hellington, Ashby St. Mary). SHOTESHAM - C194 Mill Lane from its junction with A140 Ipswich Road for 1275m eastwards to ensure safety on or near the road due to the road being flooded from 1st February to 12th June 2025 (previously 4th July 2024 to 31st January 2025). Alternative route is via: Norwich Road, Cargate Lane, A140 Ipswich Road (Shotesham, Newton Flotman).

SWAFFHAM - Market Place from its junction with Ash Close for 50m eastwards to facilitate meter exchange works on 4th February 2025 (may continue until 18th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Station Street, Market Place.

WYMONDHAM - C542 Norwich Road from its junction with U78446 Kimberley Street for 80m north-eastwards to facilitate Anglian Water frame and cover repairs between 19:00 on 3rd and 16:00 on 4th February 2025 (may continue until the 18th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Norwich Road, Tuttles Lane East, Harts Farm Road, Avenue Road, Browick Road.

BURNHAM OVERY - A149 Wells Road from 84m east of its junction with Glebe Lane for 2700m eastwards to facilitate safety following failing road surfacing. The road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 6th February to 1st April 2025 (previously 27th June 2024 to 5th February 2025 and may continue until the 1st October 2025). Alternative route is via: N/A.

DOWNHAM MARKET - Paradise Road from its junction with Old Town Close for 30m westwards to facilitate Anglian Water new connection works on 3rd February 2025 (may continue until the 17th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Paradise Road, High Street, Lynn Road, Church Road, Priory Road, Railway Road, Bennett Street, Windsor Street, Elizabeth Avenue, Nelson Avenue.

DOWNHAM MARKET - Paradise Road from its junction with High Street for 50m westwards to facilitate urgent Anglian Water works for a new connection on 28th January 2025 (previously 23rd to 27th January 2025) (may continue until the 11th March 2025). Alternative route is via: High Street, Lynn Road, Church Road, Priory Road, Bridge Street, Paradise Road.

GREAT MASSINGHAM - Castle Acre Road from its junction with Drunken Drove for 205m southwards to facilitate UK Power Networks overhead cable replacement works from 3rd to 4th February 2025 (may continue until the 18th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Castle Acre Road, Weasenham Road, Rougham Road, Litcham Road.

HUNSTANTON - Manor Road from 100m east of its junction with Bishops Road for 20m eastwards to facilitate drainage connection works for a new care home from 29th January to 2nd February 2025 (previously 24th to 28th January 2025) (may continue until 16th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Manor Road, Windsor Rise, Princess Drive, Redgate Hill, Oasis Way, Southend Road, Bishops Road.

KING'S LYNN - Hansa Road from its junction with Hardwick Road for 60m northwards to facilitate routine patching works from 4th to 6th February 2025 (may continue until the 20th March 2025). Alternative route is via: Hardwick Road, Scania Way, Oldmedow Road, Hansa Road (King's Lynn, North Runcton)

SNETTISHAM - Common Road from its junction with The Meadows for 50m northwards to facilitate drainage system installation works from 3rd to 7th February 2025 (may continue until the 21st March 2025). Alternative route is via: Common Road, Beach Road, Snettisham Bypass.

WALPOLE - Frenches Road from its junction with Wisbech Road to its junction with The Marsh to facilitate Centura scanning and site surveying from 6th to 7th February 2025 (may continue until 21st March 2025). Alternative route is via: Frenchs Road, The Marsh, Marsh Road, Wisbech Road.

Unless otherwise stated, the effect of these Orders will be to prohibit the use by vehicles of the named road(s)/footpath(s). In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance. Where an Order is for a reason other than works it is because of the likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road/footpath. Anticipated dates are stated but the Orders may continue until the end date where necessary or required. The Orders are revoked on the end date or on the actual date of removal of the prohibition/restriction where earlier without further notice. If necessary, the restrictions can have a maximum duration of 18 months for vehicular highway or 6 months for non-vehicular highway.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
