What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
TONBRIDGE AND MALLING AREA
Church Road, Offham, ME19 5PA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow stopcock repair works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Church Road, Offham, on or after 17th February 2025 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between 8 and 18. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Church Road, Teston Road, Comp Lane, B2016 Seven Mile Lane, A20 London Road and vice versa.
Hatham Green Lane, Stansted, TN15 7PW (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow new water connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Hatham Green Lane, Stansted, on or after 24th February 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Oaktree Farm. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Hatham Green Lane, Parsons Lane, Plaxdale Green Road, Hatham Green Lane and vice versa.
Hatham Green Lane, Stansted (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow new sewer connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Hatham Green Lane, Stansted, on or after 24th February 2025 for up to 22 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Green Cottage. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Plaxdale Green Road, Parsons Lane, Hatham Green Lane and vice versa.
Long Mill Lane, Borough Green, TN15 8QE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow remedial works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Long Mill Lane, Borough Green, on or after 26th February 2025 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Kingshill Cottage. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Long Mill Lane, Grange Road, A25 Maidstone Road, Crouch Lane and vice versa.
Lunsford Lane, Leybourne, ME20 6UJ (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow gas main replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Lunsford Lane, Leybourne, on or after 10th February 2025 for up to 33 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between the junctions of Leybourne Way and Malling Road. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Leybourne Way, A228 Malling Road, A228 Snodland By-pass, A228 Malling Road, Lunsford Lane and vice versa.
Pepingstraw Close, Offham, ME19 5NP (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow new connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Pepingstraw Close, Offham, on or after 24th February 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Orchard House. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route for any through traffic and access will be maintained when it is safe to do so.
Pilgrims Way, Wrotham, TN15 7DH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow reinstatement works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Pilgrims Way, Wrotham, on or after 24th February 2025 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Blacksole Cottages. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Pilgrims Way, Battlefields Road, Kemsing Road, High Street, Old London Road and vice versa.
Various Roads, Tonbridge & Malling (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow highway improvement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on Various Roads, Tonbridge & Malling, on or after 10th February 2025 until the works have been completed.
