B2027 Chequers Hill, Bough Beech, TN8 7PG PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of BT pole replacement, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B2027 Chequers Hill, Bough Beech, on or after 12th February 2025 for up to 2 days between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Bough Beech Farm House.
The alternative route is via Chequers Hill (B2027) - Tonbridge Road (B2027) - Penshurst Road (B2027) - Hildenborough Road (B2027) - Stocks Green Road (B2027) - Leigh Road (B2027) - Tonbridge Road (B245) - London Road (B245) - Weald Interchange - Riverhill (A225) - Tonbridge Road (B245) - High Street (A245) - London Road (A245) - Amherst Hill (A224) - Worships Hill (A25) - Cold Arbour Road (B2042) - Wheatsheaf Hill (B2042) - Ide Hill Road (B2042) - Green Lane (B2042) - Ide Hill Road (B2042) - Bough beech Road (B2027) - Clinton Lane and vice versa.
B2027 Four Elms Road, Edenbridge, TN8 6AH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B2027 Four Elms Road, Edenbridge, from 13th February 2025, with estimated completion by 14th February 2025, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Crossways and Ryefield, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Four Elms Road, Station Road, Main Road, Spout Lane, Pootings Road and Four Elms Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
Chevening Road, Chipstead, TN14 6HF (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of UK Power Networks works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Chevening Road, Chipstead, on or after 17th February 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from Ovenden Road to the electric substation.
The alternative route is via B211 Ovenden Road, B211 Chevening Road, A25 Main Road, A25 Westerham Road, Homedean Road, Chevening Road and vice versa.
Five Fields Lane, Four Elms, TN8 6NA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Five Fields Lane, Four Elms, from 12th February 2025, with estimated completion by 13th February 2025, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of Beaumonts, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Five Fields Lane, Four Elms Road, Bough Beech Road, Clinton Lane and Five Fields Lane.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
Moat Lane, Cowden. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Moat Lane, Cowden, from 12th February 2025, with estimated completion by 13th February 2025, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed approximately 500m South West of the junction with Blowers Hill, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Moat Lane, Blowers Hill, Station Road, Buckhurst Lane, Cowden Pound Road To Truggers Lane, Truggers Lane To Grove Road, Finch Green and Moat Lane.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
Oak Lane, Sevenoaks, TN13 1NF (PROHIBITION OF WESTBOUND TRAFFIC) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of repair works to The Royal Oak Hotel, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit westbound traffic on part of Oak Lane, Sevenoaks, on or after 10th February 2025 until 9th May 2025 or until the works have been completed.
Westbound traffic will be prohibited from A225 High Street to The Royal Oak Hotel.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A224 High Street, A224 London Road, Brittains Lane and Oak Lane.
Otford Lane, Halstead, TN14 7EB (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow overhead structure works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Otford Lane, Halstead, from 15th February 2025, for up to one day, between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of Shoreham Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Shoreham Road, Shoreham Lane, A224 London Road, A224 Polhill, Otford Lane and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
Park Lane, Kemsing, TN15 6NX (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow new connection works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Park Lane, Kemsing, from 12th February 2025, with estimated completion by 20th February 2025, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed opposite number 10, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route for this closure, however, residential and emergency access will be maintained at all times when it is safe to do so.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
Pilgrims Way West, Otford, TN14 5JH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of a new supply, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Pilgrims Way West, Otford, on or after 17th February 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Frog Farm.
The alternative route is via Pilgrims Way West, High Street, A225 Sevenoaks Road, A225 Otford Road, A25 Bradbourne Vale Road, A25 Maidstone Road, A224 London Road and vice versa.
Poundsbridge, Penshurst, TN11 8AS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of drainage cleansing, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Poundsbridge, Penshurst, on or after 18th February 2025 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from Poundsbridge Manor to 50 meters from Rose Cottage.
The alternative route is via Poundsbridge Hill, Poundsbridge Lane, Leggs Lane, Speldhurst Road, Langton Road, Bullingstone Lane, Penshurst Road, Poundsbridge and vice versa.
Powder Mill Lane, Leigh, TN11 9AS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of BT pole replacement, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Powder Mill Lane, Leigh, on or after 11th February 2025 for up to 2 days between 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed adjacent to Burton Avenue.
The alternative route is via Powder Mill Lane, B2027 Hildenborough Road/Stocks Green Road, Leigh Road and vice versa.
Shrubbery Road, South Darenth, DA4 9AH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER FEBRUARY 2025
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Shrubbery Road, South Darenth, from 11th February 2025, for up to one day, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside number 75, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via East Hill, Paddock Close, Holmesdale Hill and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
