(A39 Between Treskinnick Cross And Wainhouse Corner, Poundstock, Bude, A39 Between Wainhouse Corner And Collamoor Head, St Gennys, Bude and Cansford Dip, Otterham, Camelford)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd March 2025 to 22nd March 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Roads affected - A39 Between Treskinnick Cross And Wainhouse Corner, Poundstock, Bude and A39 Between Wainhouse Corner And Collamoor Head, St Gennys, Bude for their entire lengths and Cansford Dip, Otterham, Camelford between the Layby at Cansford Dip and grid reference SX 17400 93480.

(B3254 Between Ladycross And Rockwell and B3254 Between Rockwell And St Stephens Hill, Launceston)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd February 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for repair works to carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 1st March 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Roads affected - B3254 Between Ladycross And Rockwell and B3254 Between Rockwell And St Stephens Hill for their entire lengths, Launceston.

(Valley Road, Bude)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd February 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 19th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Valley Road, Bude between the junctions with Killerton Road and Clinton Close.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 26th April 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Woolley To Gooseham, Bude between properties known as Smugglers Cottage and Hackmarch.

The Order which commenced on the 27th April 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 30th May 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out works to repair a collapsed culvert.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
