HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. 1.Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 17eg Chwefror 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 17eg Chwefror 2025 a’r 21ain Chwefror 2025, gan weithredu rhwng 09:30 a 15:30.
2. 2.Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu BT i wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
3. 3.Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o’r R113 Llanfair Disgoed i Nant Castroggi, Llanfair Disgoed, Sir Fynwy, ~190m o’r gyffordd â Lôn Well am Penygarn am ~55m.
4. 4.Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio ar gael fel a ganlyn: Heol y Felin Wynt, Heol y Rheithordy, Lôn Llanfaches, Heol Tabernacl, A48, Nant Castroggi R113 i’r A48 ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
5. 5.Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dro R113 Llanfair Disgoed i Nant Castroggi, Llanfair Disgoed, Sir Fynwy 2025.
6. 6.Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 17th February 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 17th February 2025 and 21st February 2025, operating between 09:30 – 15:30.
2. The order is necessary for BT works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of R113 Llanvair-Discoed to Castroggi Brook, Llanfair Discoed, Monmouthshire, ~190m from its junction with Well Lane for ~55m.
4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- Windmill Road, Rectory Road, Llanvaches Lane, Tabernacle Road, A48, R113 Castroggi Brook to the A48 and vice versa.
5. This order may be cited as the R113 Llanvair-Discoed to Castroggi Brook, Llanfair Discoed, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025.
6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
