Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be:-

To introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions at the locations listed in the table below. Where applicable, underlying parking restrictions will be revoked:

Bailey Close N111) NORTH-EAST SIDE: Introduce double yellow lines (16 metres) adjacent to No. 1.

2) NORTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines at the junction with Palace Road south-eastward by a further 2.4 metres.

Blake Road N113) BOTH SIDES: Replace single yellow lines with double yellow lines at the southern side of its junction with The Drive, extending 10 metres south-westward.

4) NORTH-WEST SIDE: Replace single yellow lines with double yellow lines at its junction with Torrington Gardens and extend to 10 metres either side of the junction.

Bounds Green Road N11 / Blake Road / Cline Road / Gordon Road / The Drive5) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Replace single yellow line with double yellow lines at its junction with Blake Road, extending 10 metres either side of the junction.

6) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at either side of its junction with The Drive.

7) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Replace single yellow line with 10 metres of double yellow lines at either side of its junction with Cline Road.

Buckingham Road N228) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Replace single yellow line with double yellow line opposite No.11 to 13.
Churston Gardens N119) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines by a further 6 metres at its junction with Cline Road.
Clarence Road N2210) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines/ double kerb blips to 10 metres at its junction with Bounds Green Road.
Cline Road N1111) BOTH SIDES: Replace lengths of single yellow lines with 10 metres of double yellow lines from its junction with Bounds Green Road.

12) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines adjacent to No.42 Churston Gardens by 3.3 metres north.

13) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines at its junction with Torrington Gardens by a further 2 metres south-westward (adjacent to No.43).

Dorset Road N2214) NORTH-EAST SIDE: Replace the single yellow line with double yellow lines outside the vehicular access to Nos. 26 to 32.
Eastern Road N2215) BOTH SIDES: Replace single yellow lines with double yellow lines at its junction with Bounds Green Road.
Edith Road N1116) NORTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the existing double yellow lines at its junction with Palace Road north-westward for a further 3.3 metres.
Gordon Road N1117) NORTH-WEST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at either side of its junction with Passmore Gardens.

18) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Replace single yellow line with double yellow lines opposite No.20.

Hillside Gardens N1119) NORTH-WEST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines across the access to Munro Drive southwest by a further 5.5 metres.

20) SOUTH-WESTERN EXTREMITY: Replace a length of single yellow line with double yellow lines outside No.12.

Maidstone Road N2221) NORTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at either side of its junction with Oak Lane replacing lengths of residents’ parking.
Manor Road N2222) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at its junction with Marlborough Road replacing lengths of residents’ parking.

23) NORTHEAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres from the junction with Whittington Road (adjacent to No.118 Whittington Road).

The Drive N1143) SOUTH-EAST, SOUTH-WEST AND NORTH-EAST SIDES: Replace lengths of single yellow lines with double yellow lines outside, opposite and adjacent to The Hollies.

44) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Replace single yellow line with double yellow lines at its junction with the south-eastern kerb-line of Blake Road, outside No. 11.

45) SOUTH-WEST SIDE: Replace the single yellow line and a length of free parking with double yellow lines at its junction with the north-western kerb-line of Blake Road, outside No. 12.

Thorold Road N2246) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at its junction with Marlborough Road.

47) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at its junction with Whittington Road.

Torrington Gardens N1148) BOTH SIDES: Replace single yellow lines with double yellow lines at its junction with Blake Road and extend by a further 3 metres.

49) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at the junction with Cline Road.

Trinity Road N2250) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines/ double kerb blips to 10 metres at either of side its junction with Clarence Road.
Whittington Road N2251) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines at either side of its junction with Manor Road, to 10 metres on the northern side of the junction (outside No.118) and 13.5 metres on the southern side (outside No.116).

52) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Replace single yellow lines with 5 metres of double yellow lines at either side of the access road to Myddleton Mews (10 metres total).

53) SOUTH-EAST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at either side of its junction with Northbrook Road.

Woodfield Way N1154) NORTH-WEST SIDE: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres at either side of its junction with Lynton Gardens.

55) BOTH SIDES: Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres from its junction with Durnsford Road.

56) BOTH SIDES (Southeastern arm): Extend the double yellow lines to 10 metres from its junction with Gordon Road/Woodfield Way.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey during the consultation period. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
