Blindmoor Lane - Temporary Rod Closure For New Connection Works

Parish of Buckland St Mary Temporary Closure of Blindmoor Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Blindmoor Lane - from 205 metres east of the junction with Pound Lane, eastwards for a total distance of 42 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 13th February 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months.
The works are expected to commence on 17th February 2025 and last until 21st February 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
