Hearthcote Road - Temporary Closure For Repairs To Manhole Frame And Cover
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE HEARTHCOTE ROAD, SWADLINCOTE
WHEN: 04 February to 05 February 2025 (19:00 to 06:00).
WHERE: Hearthcote Road, Swadlincote between its Jct. with Boardman Road and its Jct. with Gresley Wood Road.
REASON: To facilitate repairs to manhole frame and covers.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Hearthcote Road, Cadley Hill Road, Swadlincote Lane, A514: William Nadin Way; Civic Way and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
