ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

HERTFORD ROAD AND BROADLANDS AVENUE EN3 - 4435

Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works

• Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 6 February 2025 for 1 day or until works are completed.
• The general effect of the Order would be to:

  • Broadlands Avenue EN3: Close this road at its junction with Hertford Road EN3; and
  • Hertford Road EN3:

    • Close the northbound cycle Lane, from its junction with Broadlands Avenue, south eastwards for approximately 30 metres; and
    • Close the southbound cycle Lane, from outside Nos.45/47, south eastwards for approximately 40 metres.
  • While Broadlands Avenue is closed local diversions would be in operation.

FOOTPATH NO.16, BETWEEN WINNINGTON ROAD AND A10 GREAT CAMBRIDGE ROAD EN1 – 4436

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works

• Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 7 February 2025 for 7 weeks or until works are completed.
• The general effect of the Order would be to prohibit pedestrians and cyclists from entering and proceeding on Footpath No.16 from Winnington Road to the A10 Great Cambridge Road. While this footpath is closed local diversions would be in operation.

ALBANY ROAD N18 - 4437

Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works

• Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 10 February 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.
• The general effect of the Order would be to suspend parking on both sides of this road from the junction with Leopold Road for approximately 40 metres southeastwards.
