Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being A30 Between B3306 And Bolankan, St Buryan between grid references SW 37566:27271 and SW 37977:27349 for approximately 440 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole test works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 20th February 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 20th February 2025. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only. The County of Cornwall (Arch Lane, St Erth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th January 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Canonstown. This prohibition is necessary for structural repairs to railway bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd February 2025 to 5th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected -Arch Lane, Canonstown for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th January 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Just.
This prohibition is necessary for works for replacement of overhead
cable and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th February 2025 to 14th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3306 Between Carnyorth Terrace And Parc An Yorth, St Just from junction at Carnyorth Terrace to past Old Chapel.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mousehole. This prohibition is necessary for works to provide new water service and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 21st February 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Chapel Street, Mousehole from St Clement’s Methodist Church to near No 22.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th February 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Church Road, Lelant from the junction of Church Close to the junction of Brewery Hill.

This prohibition is necessary for stop tap replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th February 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th February 2025 to 11th April 2025. This prohibition is necessary for fibre overlay infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th February 2025 to 7th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
