U9564 SILVERDALE ROAD CRAMLINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9564 Silverdale Road Cramlington from its point outside of 91 Silverdale Road heading westwards for a distance 90 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 18th February 2025 until the 25th February 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 18th February 2025 between the hours of 9:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 25th February 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water Ltd to replace a manhole cover and frame in the carriageway. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
