OF DRIVING/PEDESTRIANISATION, ONE-WAY & NO ENTRY RESTRICTIONS)
ORDER 2024 (TROM_323)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 27th January 2025, will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering the following length of road in Ashington in the County of Northumberland:

The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 27th January 2025 will be to introduce a one way only system to vehicles on the following lengths of roads in Ashington in the County of Northumberland:

Exemptions for certain necessary purposes are included in the Order.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made apply to the High Court for that purpose.
