Angus, Millgate, Arbroath - Temporary Prohibition of traffic/of waiting- to allow for reconstruction of the kerb.

What is happening?

TRAFFIC ORDER

On 20/01/2025 Angus Council made The Angus Council (B9144 Millgate Arbroath)(Temporary

Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for the purpose of the reconstruction of existing kerb lines as part of junction realignment works. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the waiting or loading of vehicles on B9144 From a point 109 metres east of its junction with West Grimsby, Arbroath for a distance of 20 metres or thereby. The Order will come into force on 27/01/2025 for a period of 10 weeks. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders. The maximum duration in terms of the act is 18 months.
