Variation Of Charges At Designated (On-Street) Parking Places Notice No. 10 2025 (Easton And St. Philips Area, Ashley And Lawrence Hill Wards, City Of Bristol) (Residents’ Parking Area) (On-Street Parking Places) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Stopping) Order 2024

1. BY THIS NOTICE the City Council of Bristol varies certain charges for leaving a vehicle in the on-street parking places within the Easton and St. Philips (ES) Residents’ Parking Area.

2. The current charges and the revised charges set out in Column 1 and Column 2 respectively of Schedule 1 and Schedule 4 to this Notice apply to all vehicles permitted to use the on-street parking places pursuant to the order.

3. The charges specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice shall apply to:-

(a) any vehicle as defined in the above order in the Pay and Display Parking Places situated in the highways as specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice, and

(b) any vehicle other than a permit holder’s vehicle as defined in the above order in the shared use Permit Parking Place or Pay and Display Parking Places situated in the highways as specified Schedule 3 to this Notice.

4. The charges specified in Schedule 4 to this Notice shall apply to any permit holder’s vehicle, as defined in the above order:-

(a) in the shared use Permit Parking Place or Pay and Display Parking Places situated in the highways as specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice, and

(b) in the Permit Parking Places and Permit Parking Areas situated in the highways as specified in Schedule 5 to this Notice.

5. This Notice revises existing pay and display parking charges in Lawrence Hill which were omitted from the City Council of Bristol (Easton and St. Philips Area, Ashley and Lawrence Hill wards, City of Bristol) (Residents’ Parking Area) (On-Street Parking Places) (Prohibition of Waiting and Stopping) Order 2024 Notice of Making in error.

6. This Notice is given under section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and shall come into force on 17th February 2025.

7. The City Council of Bristol (Easton and St. Philips Area, Ashley and Lawrence Hill wards, City of Bristol) (Residents’ Parking Area) (On-Street Parking Places) (Prohibition of Waiting and Stopping) Order 2024 continues in effect as varied by this Notice.

1. BY THIS NOTICE the City Council of Bristol varies certain charges for leaving a vehicle in the on-street parking places within the Kingsdown (KN) Residents’ Parking Area.

2. The current charges and the revised charges set out in Column 1 and Column 2 respectively of Schedule 1 and Schedule 4 to this Notice apply to all vehicles permitted to use the on-street parking places pursuant to the order.

3. The charges specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice shall apply to:-
(a) any vehicle as defined in the above order in the Pay and Display Parking Places situated in the highways as specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice, and

(b) any vehicle other than a permit holder’s vehicle as defined in the above order in the shared use Permit Parking Place or Pay and Display Parking Places situated in the highways as specified Schedule 3 to this Notice. 

4. The charges specified in Schedule 4 to this Notice shall apply to any permit holder’s vehicle, as defined in the above order:-
