Berrymans Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Internal Rechargeable Sewer Works

Temporary Closure of High Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along High Street - from the junction with Berrymans Lane, westwards for a total distance of 38 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out internal rechargeable sewer works.
The Order becomes effective on 23rd January 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months.
The works are expected to commence on 29th January 2025 and last until 30th January 2025 between the hours of 19:00 - 06:00 for a total of 1 night.
