ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(HIGH STREET, FINEDON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of High Street, Finedon as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of High Street, Finedon from the junction with Burton Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during gas main replacement works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 10th February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 12 days.

(NORTHUMBERLAND ROAD & SUSSEX ROAD, KETTERING)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Northumberland Road and Sussex Road, Kettering as set out below.

LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of Northumberland Road and Sussex Road, Kettering from the junction with Patrick Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during road crossings for essential works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 10th February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for up to 5 days.

(OAKLEY ROAD & LYVEDEN WAY, CORBY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Oakley Road and Lyveden Way, Corby as set out below. LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of Oakley Road and Lyveden Way, Corby from the roundabout including all approaches.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway resurfacing.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 10th February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for up to 5 nights.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Wellington Street, Kettering as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Wellington Street,

Kettering for its entire length.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during gas enablement works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 24th February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 26 days.

(ST PETERS AVENUE, KETTERING)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of St Peters Avenue, Kettering as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of St Peter’s Avenue, Kettering from the junction of Linden Avenue to outside the Spiritualist National Church.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pipe repairs.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Bath Road, Kettering as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Bath Road, Kettering from the junction of Cedar Road to outside no.67.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during gas enablement works.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Corby Road, Newton as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Corby Road, Newton from the junction of Stamford Road to junction with Featherbed Lane.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of air valve.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & LANE CLOSURE) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding and include a lane closure along that length of Oakley Road, Corby as set out below.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTIONS APPLIES: That length of Oakley Road, Corby between KFC roundabout and St James Road.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during phase 4 of Corby Station Link major project. Lane closure required for westbound carriageway only.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 28th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted until 14th April 2025.
