What is happening?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
THE COUNCIL HAS MADE (Hitcham Lane, Burnham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hitcham Lane for approx. 459M.
Alternative route: Taplow Common Road, Cliveden Road, Hill Farm Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst gas mains work commence on 27 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
