What is happening?

ANGUS COUNCIL

TRAFFIC ORDER

On 20 January 2025 Angus Council made The Angus Council (Baltic Street, Montrose)(Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2025 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for the purpose works on behalf of Scottish Water. The effect of the Order is to prohibit motorised traffic om Baltic Street, Montrose from its junction with George Street for a distance of 45m or thereby. The Order will come into force on 27 January 2025 for a period of ten days. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders. The maximum duration in terms of the act is 18 months.
