effect will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding
or waiting in those lengths of Market Place and Castlegate at

Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
