Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle Of Anglesey County Council (Llwybr Troed Rhif 31 Yng Nghymuned Llanddona) Gwyro Llwybr Cyhoeddus 2025

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod wnaethpwyd ar 21ain Ionawr 2025 dan Adran 119 o’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 yn gwyro llwybr troed cyhoeddus sy’n rhedeg:

O bwynt A ychydig y tu mewn i giât dreif Tŷ Newydd (SH5750079865), mae’r llwybr yn mynd yn ei flaen yn gyffredinol i’r de-orllewin ar hyd y dreif ac yn mynd heibio i ddrychiad dwyreiniol y tŷ i bwynt B. Yma mae wal gynnal yn ei rwystro. Ar yr ochr uchaf mae’n parhau tua’r de ar ardal laswelltog am tua 16M ac yn gorffen ym mhwynt C (SH5745579822). Cyfanswm ei hyd yw tua 72M ac nid oes ganddo unrhyw led wedi’i gofnodi.

Mae’n gorffen ychydig ar ôl croesi’r gamfa hon ym mhwynt C (SH5745579822). Cyfanswm hyd y gwyriad yw tua 93M a’i led fydd 2M.

Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni drwy apwyntiad neu llyfrgell Biwmares. Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiad iddo mewn ysgrifen at Reolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn, Swyddfeydd y Sir, Llangefni cyn 21ain Chwefror 2025 gan ddatgan y rheswm dros eu cyflwyno. Bydd y rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.

Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad. Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir y sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau gyda’r Gorchymyn oni thynnwyd hwy yn ôl.

Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle Of Anglesey County Council (Footpath No. 31 In The Community Of Llanddona) Public Path Diversion Order 2025

The above Order, made on 21st January 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the Public Footpath running: From point A just inside the driveway gate of Tŷ Newydd (SH5750079865), the path proceeds generally SW along the driveway and passes the east elevation of the house to point B. Here it is obstructed by a retaining wall. On the upper side it continues south on a grassed area for approximately 16M and ends at point C (SH5745579822). Its total length is approximately 72M and it has no recorded width.

From point A (SH5750079865), the path proceeds south into the field abutting the driveway (gate to be installed) and then loops in a general south west direction to an existing stile approximately 17M south of the Tŷ Newydd dwelling at point D. It ends just after crossing this stile at point C (SH5745579822). The total length of the diversion is approximately 93M and its width shall be 2M.

It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment or at Beaumaris library. Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Legal Services Manager, Isle of Anglesey County Council, County Offices, Llangefni not later than the 21st February 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. These will be available for public inspection. 

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
