NOTICE OF INTENTION
WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL
THE BOROUGH OF WELWYN HATFIELD (VARIOUS CAR PARKS, HATFIELD)
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 202X
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend the Traffic Regulation Order in relation to Kennelwood Lane Car Park, Hatfield as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Full details of the proposals may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations or upon appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City from Wednesday 22 January 2025. A copy of the documents can also be sent via post during this period upon request.
