What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

(Little Horwood Road, Winslow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Little Horwood Road for approx. 666M. Alternative route: Little Horwood Road, Aylesbury Road, Swanbourne Road, Shipton, Winslow Road, Mursley Road, Main Street, Station Road, Wood End and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a new sewer relay commence on 24 February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Wendover Road, Aylesbury (20 mph) Speed Limit) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to impose a 20mph speed restriction on that length of Wendover Road, for a distance of approx. 751M. This Order provides for the revocation of any speed limit operative prior to this Order coming into effect relating to that length of Wendover Road as described above to the extent that this Order takes effect.

(Lower Road, Stoke Mandeville (30 mph) Speed Limit) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to impose a 30mph speed restriction on that length of Lower Road, for a

distance of approx. 465M. This Order provides for the revocation of any speed limit operative prior to this Order coming into effect relating to that length of Lower Road as described above to the extent that this Order takes effect.

(Cow Lane, Edlesborough) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cow Lane for approx. 38M. The closure is required whilst UKPN new customer supply works commence on 24th February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24th February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Fairford Leys Way, Fairford Leys) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Fairford Leys Way for approx. 31M. Alternative route: Fowler Rd, Oxford Rd, Pearson Cl, Coldharbour Way, Fairford Leys Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst replacement of vehicle detection loops, repairs and maintenance of automatic rising bollard works commence on 17th February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Lines Hill, Aston Abbotts) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lines Hill for approx. 581M. Alternative route: Lines Hill, Moat Lane, The Green, Cublington Road, Aston Abbotts Road, Whitchurch Road, Bushmead Road, Buckingham Road, New Road, Weedon Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst resurfacing works commence on 22 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
