TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2025

On the 27 December 2024 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of The Quadrant, Clarkston (between the junctions with Stamperland Hill (north & south)), in order to facilitate the essential footway & carriageway resurfacing works on the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 3rd February to Friday 7th March 2025.

The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.

Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
