Traffic Weight Restriction -
Parkgate
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an
Order entitled the Traffic Weight Restriction (Amendment)
Order (Northern Ireland) 2025.
The Order will prohibit vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes
maximum gross weight from using Grange Road, Parkgate.
Vehicles are excepted from the weight restriction in certain
circumstances.
Full details are contained in the draft Order which together
with a map showing the road involved may be inspected
free of charge during office hours within the period below at
DfI Roads Northern Division, Traffic Management Section,
County Hall, 182 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1QG.
Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only
which can be arranged either by email to dfiroads.northern@
infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours
(Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.

Any person may object or make other representations,
specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing
to the Department at Roads Northern Division at the address
above or by emailing dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.
gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication
of this Notice.
