What is happening?

Cynigion Traffig Newydd Ar Gyfer Dinas A Sir Caerdydd

Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y i diwygiwyd, Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y i diwygiwyd, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013 a Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Lonydd Bysiau a Thraffig sy n Symud (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2014, a r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Disgrifir natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau r gorchmynion arfaethedig yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd.

Yn ogystal, gallwch gael copïau trwy anfon cais trwy ee-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy anfon cais ysgrifenedig i'r cyfeiriad isod.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau a sylwadau eraill sy n ymwneud â r gorchmynion yn ysgrifenedig ar neu cyn 8 Chwefror 2025 neu drwy e e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk a rhaid nodi eich rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Gellir datgelu gohebiaeth fel sy'n ofynnol o dan Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

Mae r Cyngor yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg a byddwn yn sicrhau ein bod yn cyfathrebu â chi yn yr iaith o ch dewis, boed hynny n Gymraeg, yn Saesneg neu n ddwyieithog, cyhyd â ch bod yn dweud wrthym pa un sydd orau gennych. Ni fydd gohebu yn Gymraeg yn arwain at unrhyw oedi.

Atodlen 
Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas A Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau A Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho A Mannau Parcio Ar Y Stryd) 2024 (Cydgrynhoi) (Diwygiad 6) 2025 yn cynnig:

1. Eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd ar unrhyw adeg yn Aldsworth Road ar draws y pen caeedig ac ar ddwy ochr y pen caeedig am 9 metr i r dede-ddwyrain

2. Eich atal rhag gadael neu lwytho a dadlwytho eich cerbyd rhwng 07:30 – 10:00 a 16:00 –18:00 Dydd Llun - Dydd Sadwrn yn Aldsworth Road ar ochr y de de-orllewin, o'r gyffordd â Heol Ddwyreiniol y Bont Bont-faen am 12 metr i'r gogledd.

3. Sefydlu mannau Parcio â Thrwydded (i'w defnyddio gan gerbydau sydd wedi cael Trwydded Parcio Preswylwyr ddilys) yn Aldsworth Road

i. Ar ochr y gogledd gogledd-ddwyrain, o bwynt 9 metr i r de de-ddwyrain o r pen caeedig am 8.5 metr i r de de-ddwyrain.

ii. Ar ochr y gogledd gogledd-ddwyrain, o bwynt 24.5 metr i r de de-ddwyrain o r pen caeedig am 189 metr i r de de-ddwyrain.

iii. Ar ochr y de de-orllewin, o bwynt 9 metr i'r de de-ddwyrain o'r pen caeedig am 113.7 metr i'r de de-ddwyrain.

iv. Ar ochr y de de-orllewin, o bwynt 129.3 metr i'r de de-ddwyrain o'r pen caeedig am 48 metr i'r de de-ddwyrain.

4. Cyflwyno aros cyfyngedig rhwng 08:00 – 18:30, aros am uchafswm o 1 awr, dim dychwelyd o fewn 2 awr ac eithrio Deiliaid Trwyddedau yn Aldsworth Road ar ochr y de de-orllewin, o bwynt 12 metr i'r gogledd o r gyffordd â Heol Ddwyreiniol y Bont Bont-faen am 31.5 metr i'r gogledd gogledd-orllewin.

New Traffic Proposals For The City And County Of Cardiff

Notice is hereby given that The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amend-ed, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provi-sions) (Wales) Regulations 2013 and The Civil Enforcement of Bus Lanes and Moving Traffic Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) 

Designation Order 2014 and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referred to in the Sched- ule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed orders are also described in the said Schedule.

Details of the proposals and plans showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written re-quest to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 8 February 2025 or by email to roadtraf-ficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay.

Schedule
The County Council Of The City And County Of Cardiff (Prohibitions And Restrictions Of Stopping, Waiting, Loading And Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No.6) Order 2025 proposes to:

1. Prevent you from leaving your vehicle at any time in Aldsworth Road Across its closed end and on both sides from its closed end for a distance of 9 metres south east

2. Prevent you from leaving or loading and unloading your vehicle be-tween the hours of 07:30 – 10:00 and 16:00 –18:00 Monday - Satur-day in Aldsworth Road on its south west side, from its junction with Cowbridge Road East for a distance of 12 metres north.

3. To establish Permit Parking (for use by vehicles that have been issued with a valid Residents Parking Permit) in Aldsworth Road

i. On its north east side, from a point 9 metres south east of its closed end for a distance of 8.5 metres south east.

ii. On its north east side, from a point 24.5 metres south east of its closed end for a distance of 189 metres south east.

iii. On its south west side, from a point 9 metres south east of its closed end, for a distance of 113.7 metres south east.

iv. On its south west side, from a point 129.3 metres south east of its closed end, for a distance of 48 metres south east.

4. Introduce limited waiting between the hours of 08:00 – 18:30, 1 hour maximum stay, no return within 2 hours except for Permit Holders in Aldsworth Road on its south west, from a point 12 metres north of its junction with Cowbridge Road East for a distance of 31.5 metres north west.
