Peveril Road - Prohibition of Waiting And Residents Parking Zones And Residents Parking Places
What is happening?
The Nottinghamshire County Council (Peveril Road, Beeston) (Prohibition Of Waiting And Residents' Parking Zones And Residents' Parking Places) Traffic Regulation Order 2025 (5378)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Beeston in the Borough of Broxtowe:
1. Residents' Parking Scheme on Monday to Saturday between 9am and 10am and 3pm - 4pm along the following length of road:
PEVERIL ROAD
- From a point 10 metres south-east of its junction with Kenilworth Road in a south-easterly direction to a point 8 metres north-west of its junction with Broadgate
2. Lengths of road where a permit will be required to park on Mon to Sat between 9am and 10am and 3pm - 4pm PEVERIL ROAD (both sides)
- From a point 10 metres south-east of its junction with Kenilworth Road in a south-easterly direction to a point 8 metres north-west of its junction with Broadgate
3. Vehicles are Prohibited from Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
KENILWORTH ROAD, BEESTON (both sides)
- From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Kenilworth Road in north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction
PEVERIL ROAD
(the north-east side)
- From a point 10 metres north-west of its junction with Kenilworth Road in south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction
- From its junction with Broadgate in a north-westerly direction for 8 metres (the south-west side)
- From a point 8 metres north-west of its junction with Kenilworth Road in south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction
- From its junction with Broadgate in a north-westerly direction for 8 metres

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 17TH JANUARY 2025.
The proposals will remove non-resident parking from Peveril Road and prevent parking around the junctions.
