DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae'r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso symud offer mast Vodafone.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r Llywbr Troed/Lôn Feicio ar y rhan ogleddol yn unig o Heol Caerdydd yr A4054 (sy’n arwain at Ffordd Ymadael tua’r gogledd Cylchfan Glyn-taf yr A470), o bwynt 25 metr i’r gogledd o’i chyffordd â phont droed y Castell, tua'r gogledd am bellter o 150 metr.

Llwybr amgen i gerddwyr:

Ar hyd y Llywbr Troed ar Gylchfan Glyn-taf yr A470 a'r rhan ddeheuol yn unig o Heol Caerdydd yr A4054 (o'i chyffordd â Chylchfan Glyn-taf yr A470).

Nodwch: Caiff beicwyr ddefnyddio cerbytffordd - y rhannau tua'r gogledd a thua'r de yn unig o Heol Caerdydd, yr A4054.

Fydd DIM mynediad ar gael i gerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys nac i gerddwyr.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i eiddo.

Mae disgwyl i'r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau: -

Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council

(Cardiff Road, Glyntaf) (Temporary Footway/ Cycle Lane Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The order is necessary to facilitate the removal of Vodafone mast equipment.

The effect of the Order will be close the Footway/Cycle lane on the northbound only section of A4054 Cardiff Road (leading to the A470 Glyntaff Roundabout northbound Slip-off Road), from a point 25 metres north of its junction with the Castle footbridge, northwards for a distance of 150 metres.

Alternative Route for pedestrians:

Available via the footway on the A470 Glyntaff Roundabout and the southbound only section of A4054 Cardiff Road (from its junction with the A470 Glyntaff Roundabout).

NB: Cyclists may use the carriageway of the northbound only and southbound only sections of the A4054 Cardiff Road.

Access WILL NOT be maintained for pedestrians or emergency services.

Access to premises will be maintained.

The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -

• Daytime closure 8am – 6pm on 4th February 2025
