What is happening?

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(CASTLE STREET) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC
REGULATION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
suspending use of Castle Street Taxi and Disabled Parking
Bays located near the junction of Market Street. Pay &
Display bays located near the junction of Pipers Row to
outside PCS Ltd to also be temporarily suspended to
enable relocation of Taxi Bays.

The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken from 28 January 2025 until 31 January 2025.
The Order is required to facilitate filming by The Lighthouse
(MBE) Ltd.
