ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 14(1)

(Burton Crescent, Headingley, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because carriageway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Burton Crescent, Headingley, Leeds in the Weetwood Ward, between its junctions with Otley Road and Shaw Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Shaw Lane, Otley Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 20 January 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 28 February 2025. The closure will be in place between 07:30 and

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because footway and carriageway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Church Lane, Leeds in the Chapel Allerton Ward, between its junctions with Montreal Avenue and King George Avenue. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via King George Avenue, Montreal Avenue and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27 January 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 14 March 2025. The closure will be in place between 08:00 and 15:00 hrs from

(Hough End Footbridge, Stanningley Bypass, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Pedestrians &

30mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because repair and replacement works on Hough End Bridge are to take place, requiring traffic management and speed restrictions on Stannigley Bypass to ensure safety of operatives; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in the laybys on Stanningley Bypass, Bramley, situated under Hough End Footbridge, on either side of the carrriageway. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed in excess of 30mph, from the entry slip road onto Ring Road Bramley, for a distance of 670m in an easterly direction along Stanningley Bypass. 3. No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Leeds 164 (Hough End Footbridge), from it’s junction with Spring Valley, in a southerly direction over Hough End footbridge. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure of Definitive Footpath Leeds 164 will be available via Spring Valley Court, Spring Valley Walk, Spring Valley Crescent, Ring Road Bramley To Spring Valley Crescent and vice versa. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 20 January 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 13 April 2025. The closures and temporary speed restriction will be in place for 24hrs on each day. M Green. Ref: ICO2400008

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because demolition and building works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Sugar Hill Close, Oulton, Leeds in the Rothwell Ward between the car park entrance outside flat numbers 21-30 and the end of the street. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 10th February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Temporary Suspension of Disabled Parking Bay) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways for Accessing the water chambers in the road for Yorkshire Water works Leeds City Council has made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Hares Road, Harehills, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between property 3 Hares road to its junction with Hares Terrace. Suspension of disabled parking bay situated outside 2 Hares Road. Relocation for disabled parking bay holder only, to the side of 173 Spencer place on Hares Road 10 metres from the junction with Back Hares Mount in a westerly direction. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Hares Mount, Shepherds Lane, Hares View and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 21st January 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Footpath At Sugar Hill Close, Rothwell)

(Temporary Footpath Closure)

The Council of the City of Leeds has made the following Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – the LEEDS CITY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH AT SUGAR HILL CLOSE, ROTHWELL) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER)

2025. The Order closes to pedestrians the Non-Definitive Map Footpath located between properties 14 and 15 Sugar Hill Close and continuing in a westerly direction for approximately 19 metres. The diversion route will be via Sugar Hill Close, Oulton Drive and Wakefield Road, and vice versa. The Order is necessary to enable works to be undertaken on or near the footpath. The Order comes into operation on 20 January 2025 and will continue in effect until 20 July 2025. Copies of the Order and plan are available on request by e-mailing legal. development@leeds.gov.uk.
