What is happening?

THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, TONBRIDGE AND MALLING) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT 64) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Kent County Council intends to make the above Order, under Section 1, 2, 35, 36, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be the introduction of new or amended parking restrictions. In the Parish of Hildenborough

A copy of the draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal working hours at the offices of Tonbridge and Malling Council Offices, Kings Hill, West Malling or at Tonbridge Castle and also at the Kent County Offices, Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone, Kent.
The proposed Order may also be viewed online on
www.tmbc.gov.uk/consultations  
Anyone wishing to support these proposals, or object to them, should write
stating reasons, and quoting the name of the Order by 16th February 2025 to;
