(C2141 Lincomb Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2141 Lincomb Lane from its junction with U40015 Lincomb Bank for a distance of 475 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2141 Lincomb Lane (part), A4025 Stourport Road, C2142 Bishops Wood Lane, C2142 Bishops Wood Road, C2141 Lodge Bank, C2141 Lincomb Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 10 February 2025.
(U12144 Park Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12144 Park Street from its junction with U12139 Plimsoll Street to its junction with Park Rise (NSG Ref. 45703117).
Reason: To provide safe working by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12139 Plimsoll Street, U12141 Wood Street, U12135 Castle Road, U12144 Park Street (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 12 February 2025.
(B4195 Stourport Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4195 Stourport Road from its junction with B4190 Beales Corner to its junction with U10404 Westbourne Street.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by The Environment Agency.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4190 Kidderminster Road, A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4195 Stourport Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 262 days (24hrs). Commencing: 8 February 2025.
(U12600 Barnetts Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12600 Barnetts Lane from its junction with A449 Chester Road South to its junction with 1112603 Oldnall Road.
Reason: Electricity cable replacement by BT.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Chester Road South, A448 Comberton Road, U12600 Barnetts Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 10 February 2025.
(U12278 Trimpley Drive, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12278 Trimpley Drive from its junction with C2129 Habberley Road to its junction with B4190 Habberley Lane.
Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12278 Trimpley Drive (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10 February 2025 and 12 February 2025.
(A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, Crossway Green) (Northbound closure only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane from its junction with A449 Mitre Oak Roundabout to its junction with U40014 Church Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by Green Oaks Developments.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
No access for emergency services diversion route will need to be followed.
Alternative route: A4025 Stourport Road, A4025 Worcester Road, A451 Mitton Street, A451 Vale Road, A451 Minster Road, A451 Stourport Road, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 7 February 2025.
(U12435 Long Acre, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U12435 Long Acre from its junction with C2199 Hurcott Road to its junction with U12436 Baxter Avenue.
Reason: Carriageway patching by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Anti-clockwise: C2199 Hurcott Road, A451 Horsefair, C2190 Radford Avenue, U12436 Baxter Avenue. Clockwise: U12436 Baxter Avenue, C2190 Radford Avenue, 1112345 Horsefair, C2199 Hurcott Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 January 2025.
(B4549 Sutton Park Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of B4549 Sutton Park Road from its junction with U12128 Hazelwood Close to its junction with 1112191 The Croft.
Reason: Utility works within carriageway by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4549 Sutton Park Road (part), A456 Bewdley Hill, A4535 Sutton Road, A451 Stourport Road, B4549 Sutton Park Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 19 January 2025.
(Link Footpath F10029 Church Walk to Bewdley Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F10029 Church Walk to Bewdley Road from its junction with U12178 Church Walk to its junction with A456 Bewdley Road.
Reason: Footpath reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A456 Bewdley Road, U12169 Blakebrook, A4535 Blakebrook, A4535 Mason Road, U12172 Crane Street, Link Footpath F10031 Church Walk to Crane Street, U12178 Church Walk and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs) between 20 January 2025 and 4 February 2025.
(C2189 Porchbrook Road, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2189 Porchbrook Road from its junction with C2191 Greenway for a distance of 100 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: New replacement water main by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2189 Porchbrook Road (part), C2132 Rectory Lane, A456 Tembury Road, C2193 Pound Lane, C2193 Gorst Hill, C2189 Boraston Road, C2189 Quarry Road, C2189 Porchbrook Road (part) and vice versa.

(U40000 Hillary Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U40000 Hillary Road from its junction with U11318 Wilden Top Road to its junction with C2172 Wilden Lane.
Reason: Bbox installation by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11318 Wilden Top Road, U11319 Bigbury Lane, C2172 Wilden Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (19:00-06:00). Commencing: 19 January 2025.
(C2082 Lunnon Lane, Rushock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2082 Lunnon Lane from its junction with C2018 Clattercut Lane to its junction with U13612 Well Lane.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2082 Lunnon Lane (part), C2018 Clattercut Lane, U13612 Park Lane, C2082 Lunnon Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 21 January 2025.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Shrawley Avenue and Rifle Range Road, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:-Rifle Range Road, Kidderminster (southeast side) - from its junction with Shrawley Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction and 15 metres in a north easterly direction. Shrawley Avenue, Kidderminster (both sides) - from its junction with Rifle Range Road for a distance of 16 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2025 [Experimental Revocation of Waiting Restrictions on Sutton Road, Kidderminster]
On 9 January 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will revoke all waiting restrictions on the following lengths and sides of road in Kidderminster:-Sutton Road Kidderminster (West Side) From its junction with Poplar Road for a distance of 31m in a northerly direction. Sutton Road Kidderminster (East Side) From a point 31m north of its junction with Poplar Road for a distance of 40m in a southerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 30 January 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
