U1066 HAUGH HEAD JUNCTION
TO WEETWOOD MOOR JUNCTION WOOLER
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U1066 Haugh Head Junction to Weetwood Moor Junction Wooler from its junction with U1065 heading eastwards for a distance of 730 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 10th February 2025 until the 21st February 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 10th February 2025 until the 14th February 2025 and that the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 21st February 2025.
There will be no alternative route available for the duration of the TTRO.

The closure has been requested by Go Fibre to carry out mole ploughing for the installation of fibre cabling. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
