(STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING
RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.5) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16 January 2025 Sheffield City Council made the above Orders which comes into operation on the 20 January 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce

Prohibited Right-hand turn except for pedal cycles on part of Surrey Street;
Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on parts of Barkers Pool, Black Swan Walk, Exchange Gateway, Fargate, High Street, Leopold Street, Norfolk Row, Pinstone Street and Surrey Street;
One Way Traffic (with pedal cycle exemption) on parts of Fargate, High Street, Norfolk Row and Surrey Street;
Voucher Parking Place on Barker’s Pool

And remove:
Prohibition of Vehicles on parts of Exchange Gateway, Fargate and Norfolk Row;
One Way Traffic on parts of Fargate and Norfolk Row.
Police Parking Place on Barkers Pool

A copy of the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or within the Sealed Traffic Orders section on the Council website at
https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 20 January 2025 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
