What is happening?

KIRKLEES COUNCIL - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

(JUDY HAIGH LANE, THORNHILL EDGE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Judy Haigh Lane, Thornhill Edge,  from its junction with  Edge Lane to a point outside property no.16 Judy Haigh Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Low Road, Briestfield Road, Carr Lane, Judy Haigh Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force until 17 February 2025 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(EDGE ROAD, THORNHILL EDGE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of  Edge Road, Thornhill Edge from a point outside property no. 3 Edge Road to a point outside property no. 15 Edge Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Albion Road, Edge Lane, Frank Lane, Church Lane, Valley Road, Hostingley Lane, Smithy Brook Lane, Edge Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force until 17 February 2025 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(EDGE JUNCTION, THORNHILL EDGE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Edge Junction, Thornhill Edge, from a point outside property no. 3 Edge Road to a point outside property no.15 Edge Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Albion Road, Edge Lane, Frank Lane, Valley

Road, Hostingley Lane, Smithy Brook Lane, Edge Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force until 17 February 2025 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to18 months if necessary).

(CEMETERY ROAD, HECKMONDWIKE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cemetery Road, Heckmondwike from a point outside property no. 47 Cemetery Road, to a point outside the turning for Bath Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Westgate, High Street, Chapel Lane, Longfield Road, Cemetery Road.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day between 09:00 - 14:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(NETTLETON ROAD, MIRFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the

Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Nettleton Road, Mirfield from a point outside property no. 1 Nettleton Road to a point outside property no. 9 Nettleton Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Nettleton Road, Doctor Lane, Knowl Road, The Knowl and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February and remain in force until 6 February 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(STAINCLIFFE ROAD, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the

Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Staincliffe Road, Dewsbury from its junction with Russell Street, to a point outside property no. 217 Stainciffe Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Staincliffe Road, Healds Road, Halifax Road, Oxford Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Wednesday 3 February 2025

21:00 hours and remain in force until 6 February 2025 01:00 hours. (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(HORNER AVENUE, CARLINGHOW, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the

Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Horner Avenue, Batley from its junction with Carlinghow Lane to a point outside property no. 4 Horner Avenue PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Carlinghow Lane, Enfield Close, Enfield Drive, Horner Crescent, Horner Avenue and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 4 February 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day between 19:00 - 23:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(HEALEY LANE, HEALEY, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Healey Lane, Batley from a point outside property no.34 West Park Road to a point outside property no. 56 Healey Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Healey Lane - West Park Road, Halifax

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 3 February 2025 09:30 and remain in force until 10 February 2025 14:45 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(EDGE JUNCTION, THORNHILL EDGE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Edge Junction, Thornhill Edge from its junction with Edge Road, to its junction with

Albion Road PROVIDED THAT such

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Liversedge Hall Lane, Liversedge, from its junction with

Huddersfield Road to its junction with Norristhorpe Lane PROVIDED THAT

such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Norristhorpe Lane, Huddersfield Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 20 January 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force for until 24 January 2025 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(NETTLETON ROAD, MIRFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Nettleton Road, Mirfield from a point outside property no. 9 Nettleton Road to a point opposite no. 9 Nettleton Road PROVIDED THAT such

prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Nettleton Road, Doctor Lane, Knowl Road, The Knowl and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 20 January 2025 and remain in force for until 24 January 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(CHURCH ROAD, ROBBERTTOWN, LIVERSEDGE)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road  an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Church Road, Robberttown, from its junction with Clough Lane to its junction with Roberttown Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Roberttown Lane, Fall Lane, Peep Green Road, Windy Bank Lane.

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Monday 20 January 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force for until 31 January 2025 23:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(TAYLOR STREET, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Taylor Street, Batley from its junction with Warwick Road to its junction with North King Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

STREET/HICK LANE, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in those lengths of Mayman Lane/ Wellington Street/Hick Lane, Batley from their junction with Blakeridge Lane to their junction with Heckmondwike Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition

shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bradford Road, Stocks Lane and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will

commence on Wednesday 22 January 2025 and remain in force until 1 February 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to18 months if necessary)

(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of  Huddersfield Road, Mirfield from a point outside property no. 442 Huddersfield Road, to a point outside property no. 450 Huddersfield Road PROVIDED THAT

such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road, Leeds Road, Frost Hill,

Flush, Westgate, High Street, Halifax Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Webster Hill and vice versa.     

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 4 February 2025 21:00 hours and remain in force until 5 February 2025 01:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
