Philbeach Gardens Suspension Of Cycle Lane
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has made an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
Cycle Lane Suspended For Utility Works.
The Cycle Lane is to be suspended in Philbeach Gardens from outside of number 25 to outside of number 19.
To be closed from 08.00hrs on Monday 20th January 2025 until Monday 27th January 2025, or until such time as these works are completed.
There is no diversion route for this cycle suspension.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.

Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
