ALDWARK BRIDGE TOLL LLP PROPOSED REVISION OF TOLL CHARGES Public Inquiry

Notice is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport and will begin at 10.00am on Tuesday 18 March 2025 at The Galtres Centre, Market Place, Easingwold, North Yorkshire YO61 3AD

The Inquiry is being held in relation to the application made by the operator of the Aldwark Bridge Toll LLP pursuant to section 6 of the Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 to revise the tolls taken for the use of the bridge. Copies of the documents relating to the application can be viewed on the following website https://programmeofficers.co.uk/

Anyone wishing to attend the Inquiry and/or at the Inspector's discretion give their views, must make their interest known to the Planning Inspectorate as soon as possible prior to the Inquiry. Please make it clear in your response whether you wish only to appear at the Inquiry, make a statement or whether you would also wish to ask questions on topics. Alternatively, phone 0781 333 4305 quoting the DPI reference number (DPI/ P2745/24/18) and giving their contact details.
