Wobaston Road - Temporary Road Traffic Restrictions
What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(WOBASTON ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Wobaston Road cycle lane opposite the junction of Patshull Avenue to the access to Collins Aerospace. Cyclists to dismount and use
the footway.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 13 January 2025 until 17 January 2025.
The Order is required to facilitate a water connection for a new development site by Severn Trent Water.
