(THTTC3656 B3115 Hayeswood Road, Timsbury) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of B3115 Hayeswood Road, Timsbury from its junction with Priors Hill extending west for approximately 280 metres. USRN: 47919098.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to carry out a pole replacement on the 28th January 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30-15:30hrs.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B3115 – A39 – B3355 – A362 – A367 – B3115 – vice versa.

(THTTC3667 Cul-De-Sac At Rear Of 90 To 108 Frome Road, Odd Down, Bath) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Cul-de-sac At Rear Of 90 to 108 Frome Road, Odd Down, Bath from its junction with Frome Road extending south to a point outside property number 92. USRN: 47901518.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable National Grid to install 2 x new electrical supplies on the 28th January 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for EIGHT DAYS.
Access will be maintained for residents/emergency services.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Alexandra Road, Lyncombe, Bath from a point outside 49 Alexandra Road extending east for approximately 30 metres. USRN: 47900180.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to replace a stop tap cover and repair reinstatement surrounding cover in the carriageway on the 28th January 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for TWO DAYS
between 08:00-16:00hrs.
