(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Brook Street, Dedham in the City of Colchester from its junction with Manningtree Road for a distance of approximately 250m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2025 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2351230A - Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while SWAS repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Crown Street, Castle Hill, The Heath, Long Road West, Ardleigh Road, Grove Hill, Colchester Road, High Street, Brook Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Elmstead in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Oatlands for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time" restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The Order will come into effect on 16th January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Lane, Weeley/Tendring in the District of Tendring, from the junction with The Street to the junction with Thorpe Road, a distance of approximately 1650m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2025 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2374988-EH2374990/ EP201EH2374990- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Thorpe Road, Tendring Road, Colchester Road, Thorpe Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Great Bentley Road, Thorrington in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th January 2025 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30088619883 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Plough Road, Colles Brook Road, South Heath Road, Dead Lane, Holly Bush Hill, Clacton Road, Station Road and vice versa (with access only into Great Bentley Road and Thorrington Road).
The Order will come into effect on 2nd January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Layer Marney in the City of Colchester, from a point approximately 150m north east of its junction with Smythes Green for a distance of approximately 30m in a north easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2025 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01310763495 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

The Order will come into effect on 16th January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Shair Lane, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2025 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008BC008WFNVMR8L0L2CSB - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Shair Lane, Weeley Road, Thorrington Road, Lufkins Lane, Great Bentley Road, Colchester Road, Colchester Road Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th January 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition Use) (No.3) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of footpath the District of Tendring as specified in the Schedule.
The works being undertaken will take place within a 6-month period from 16th January 2025, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in the Schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway on the above lengths of road, for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
