ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Denbigh Gardens, Richmond.
(Reference 25/004)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate crane operation works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Denbigh Gardens, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Denbigh Gardens from outside numbers 27 to 29 Denbigh Gardens.
3. The order will come into effect on 22 January 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 07.00 to 18.00 on 22 January 2025 with backup dates of 29 January and 05 February 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available Via Spring Grove Road, Kings Road, Marchmont Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Mortlake High Street, Mortlake.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Mortlake High Street, Mortlake.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Mortlake High Street from the junction with Sheen Road to the junction with White Hart Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 13 January 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress at night only from 22.00 on 13 January to 05.30 on 14 January 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available Lower Richmond Road, Clifford Avenue, Chiswick Bridge, Great Chertsey Road, Burlington Lane, Great West Road, Hammersmith Bridge, Castelnau, Rocks Lane, Church Road, Upper Richmond Road, South Circular Road, South Worple Way, Sheen Lane.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure North Road, Kew
(Reference 25/002)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate network rail works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in North Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in North Road, from the northern kerb-line of High Park Avenue, north-eastwards for a distance of 30 metres.
3. The order will come into effect 11 January 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress at night only from 22.00 to 06.00 from the 11 January to 17 January 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via High Park Avenue, A205 Mortlake Road and West Park Road and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency. 7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any
restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate crane operation works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Paradise Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Paradise Road outside Ambassador House from its junction with Eton Street to the entrance of Paradise Road Car Park.
3. The order will come into effect on 13 January 2025. The works are anticipated to be in progress at night only from 20.00 on 13 January to 05.00 14 January 2025 with a backup date of 20 January 20.00 to 05.00 on 21 January 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available Via Paradise Road, Sheen Road, The Square and Eton Street.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
