THE HARROW (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 202* THE HARROW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of Orders would be to:

(a) on the north side of Greenhill Way:

a. remove three payment bays (15 metres) adjacent to No. 21 Byron Road;

b. remove seven payment bays (39 metres) between the junction with Bryon Road and Jayanti House;

c. remove two electric vehicle bays (11 metres) outside Jayanti House;

d. introduce 65 metres of double yellow no loading "at any time" restrictions between No. 21 Byron Road and Jayanti House; and

e. replace six payment bays (34 metres) with double yellow no loading "at any time" restrictions between the junction of Angel Road and the southern boundary wall of No. 5 Angel Road;

(b) on the south side of Greenhill Way:

a. remove 202 metres of double yellow no waiting "at any time" restrictions extending from the rear of the Royal Oak Public House, No. 86 St. Ann's Road to the rear of No. 34 St. Ann's Road; and

b. introduce the following between the rear of the Royal Oak Public House, No. 86, St. Ann's Road and the rear of No. 34 St Ann's Road:

(i) six payment bays (34.7 metres);

(ii) five loading only bays (65 metres);

(iii) six sections of double yellow no waiting "at any time" restrictions (79 metres); and

(iv) two electric vehicle charging bays (11 metres) opposite the eastern wall of No. 8 Angel Road;

(c) on the north side of Junction Road:

a. introduce 10 metres of double yellow no loading "at any time" restrictions at the western extremity; and

b. replace 29 metres of payment bays with double yellow no loading "at any time" restrictions, adjacent to The Gym Group, Bradstowe House, Headstone Road;

(d) on the south side of Junction Road:

a. introduce 3 metres of double yellow no waiting "at any time" restrictions at the western extremity; and

b. replace 5 metres of single yellow no waiting restrictions with double yellow no waiting "at any time" restrictions outside No. 2; and

(e) on the north side of Kymberley Road:

a. introduce 15 metres of double yellow no waiting "at any time" restrictions opposite Kings House; and

b. replace 6.1 metres of disabled persons' parking with a dedicated motorcycle parking place.

3. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow, in accordance with the provisions of section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intends to:

(a) introduce pedestrian crossings on:

a. Greenhill Way, outside Nos. 4a and 4b; and

b. Headstone Road, outside the entrance to Bradstowe House; and

(b) amend the following zig-zag markings on:

a. Greenhill Way from No. 10 to the junction with Greenhill Road; and

b. Headstone Road from the junction with Junction Road and Kymberley Road;

4. A copy of the proposed Orders, maps of the relevant areas and the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GZ between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays.

6. Persons desiring to make representations should send a statement in writing giving the grounds thereof to the Council's agents, WSP, at tmo.harrow@wsp.com quoting reference 24-17, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
