Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) 

(Kentisbury Footpath 6, Kentisbury) Order 2025 Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 15/1/25 for a maximum of 6 months. Anticipated Finish 21/1/25. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. 

Roads affected: Kentisbury Footpath 6, Kentisbury There Is No Alternative Route. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Provide New Water Connection - 1.8m Tar Rd (Sma).

(Elburton Road & Chittleburn Hill Brixton, Plymouth) Order 2025 

Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 3/2/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 1/3/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00. 

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: Elburton Road & Chittleburn Hill, Brixton, Plymouth The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Elburton Road, A379, Haye Road, Hercules Road, Main Street, Deep Lane, Devon Expressway, A38 To Avonwick, B3372, A3121, A379 & Vice Versa. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Resurfacing, Drainage, Lining & Associated Civils Works.

From 13/1/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/2/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: North Street, Barnstaple Street, Queen Street, King Street, Church Street, South Molton, ( North Street- From Barnstaple Street To Alfred Place, Barnstaple Street-From Junction Of North Street To Junction Of King Street, Queen Street- From Junction King Street To Junction South Street, King Street- From Junction Of Barnstaple Street To Junction Church Street, Church Street-From Junction King Street To Junction South Molton Footpath 32 ) The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - North Road, Barnstaple Road, Access To Pathfields Industrial Estate, Station Road, East Street, Broad Street & Vice Versa. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Gas Mains Replacement Works.
